Additional Photos from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Legislators
Development blueprints for Epstein's private tropical island included in the released materials.
Additionally contained in this recent photograph release appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had drawn up plans to build upon the sprawling island by building homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a pool.
Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, noted on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a key labelling different areas of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, featuring layouts for marina coverings.
Additional materials released as part of the continuing congressional process.
